- After the first year, the annual support fee is optional. If annual support is not
continued, support continues to be available from Access Data Systems on a per-incident

- The item number for annual support items is one plus the item number of the item.
For example, the item number for annual support of item 100100 is 100101.
- Systems with large inventories may need to budget for upgrading the free SQL
Server Express Edition database to a version which is chargeable.
- The 500000 series of items are feature upgrades and can be used by any of the organizations
you license.
