• Discounts apply when Beta Sites upgrade to the full license. Discounts vary based on the degree of participation, from 10% to 50%.
• To qualify for Beta status, manage your inventory with CompassIM for a month or more and provide weekly feedback to Access Data Systems.

To apply for Beta Site status, please contact Access Data Systems by email or toll-free phone, 866-489-2095, with the following information:

1. Company name, address, phone, web site
2. Your name, title, and email address
3. Are you a potential end user, reseller, or both?
4. Do you have an existing inventory you can use for the beta test?
5. If so, how are you managing it now?
6. Do you currently market any Warehouse Management or Inventory Management software? If so, please provide name and manufacturer.

Notes:

1. You don't have to be a Beta Site in order to download and evaluate CompassIM. To establish eligibility for the discount, you can apply for Beta Site status at any time during 2009.

2. If you have a bar code scanner, you can use it with CompassIM to scan item bar codes. If you don't have a bar code scanner, or if your items are not bar coded, you can enter item identifiers at the keyboard.
